Eddie Mitchell Takes a Strong Stance in County Supervisors' Race
"North County has been abandoned and exploited for the benefit of a few." So says Eddie Mitchell, a long time Prundale resident and a candidate for Monterey County Supervisor. "We cannot afford another four years of old style politics which ignore public input and don’t solve problems" he says. Eddie Mitchell may be right. During his nearly two decades as a resident of Monterey's North County, Eddie has seen new developments built with what seems to be clear violations of county codes, and he has seen water tables diminish to the point where the wells of some neighborhoods have run dry forcing residents to import water just to flush their own toilets.
